High-Demand Water Treatment

Commercial and Agricultural Water Treatment

Residential softeners are not built for the flow rates, continuous demand, or volume that farms, restaurants, and commercial facilities require. We assess your actual conditions: water chemistry, peak flow, and daily throughput. Then we design a system sized to keep up.

Commercial demand requires a different approach

A standard residential softener is sized for a household. Put one in a farm, a restaurant, or a commercial laundry and it will regenerate constantly, starve for soft water at peak demand, and wear out early. High-demand applications need systems that match actual throughput. That takes engineering, not just a product recommendation.

  • Continuous soft water supply regardless of time of day or peak draw
  • High flow rates that residential control valves and tanks cannot sustain
  • Redundancy through alternating tanks so regeneration never interrupts service
  • System sizing matched to your real conditions, not a rule of thumb
The channeling problem

One large tank is not always better than several smaller ones. In oversized resin beds, water finds the path of least resistance and carves channels through the media, bypassing most of the resin entirely. The result is hardness and filtration slippage: the water looks treated but is not fully conditioned. Multiple properly sized tanks in series eliminate channeling and maintain consistent performance across the full bed depth.

Canature WaterGroup commercial systems

We are an authorized Hydrotech dealer and Canature WaterGroup partner. The commercial line handles applications where a residential softener would be undersized from day one.

Canature 85TA

Twin Alternating Softener

Two resin tanks operating in alternating service. When one tank exhausts and enters regeneration, the second takes over immediately, keeping soft water flowing around the clock. Suited for ultra-high hardness conditions and large-volume users where any lapse in conditioning is unacceptable.

  • Continuous soft water with zero regeneration downtime
  • Handles ultra-high hardness levels common in Pekin and Creve Coeur municipal water
  • Suited for large residential, agricultural, and light commercial demand
  • Demand-based control: each tank regenerates only when exhausted
  • Sized to your actual daily volume and peak flow rate

Single Tank System

A high-flow, heavy-duty control valve on a single tank configuration. Built for commercial and agricultural applications that need substantially more capacity and flow than residential equipment provides, in a straightforward single-valve installation.

  • High-flow control valve engineered for heavy commercial and agricultural use
  • Single control valve, simpler installation footprint
  • Appropriate for moderate-to-high demand facilities and farm operations
  • Scalable: can be paired with additional tanks as demand grows
  • Configured after flow rate and water chemistry assessment

Multi Tank System

Up to four high-flow control valves operating in alternating series. The right answer for maximum-demand applications where flow rate, volume, and continuous service are all non-negotiable. Multiple tanks also eliminate channeling, ensuring full resin contact across every gallon treated.

  • Up to four control valves in alternating series
  • Maximum throughput for large commercial facilities and production agriculture
  • Alternating operation eliminates regeneration downtime at any scale
  • Multiple tanks prevent channeling and maintain conditioning efficiency
  • Designed around a complete site assessment of flow, hardness, and peak demand

Agricultural and commercial applications

Water quality problems look different on a farm than in a restaurant, and different again in a commercial laundry. We assess each facility on its own before recommending anything.

Agriculture

  • Well water disinfection: treating bacteria, iron bacteria, and other biological contamination in private agricultural wells with Oxy Blast hydrogen peroxide injection
  • Irrigation line treatment: iron and mineral scale build up over time, clogging emitters and reducing coverage. Hydrogen peroxide keeps lines clear
  • Livestock and poultry water: water quality affects how much animals drink and how well they perform. Clean water starts with treating what is actually in the well
  • High-hardness well water softening for facilities where scale buildup damages equipment and increases operating costs

Commercial Facilities

  • Restaurants and food service: hard water degrades equipment, shows up in ice and coffee, and shortens the life of boilers and steamers
  • Office buildings and multi-tenant properties: high daily volume and continuous demand through business hours requires systems that can keep pace
  • Commercial laundry: hard water increases detergent consumption and shortens the working life of washers and linens
  • Car washes: spotting from hard water is a visible quality problem. Consistent conditioning is the only fix
  • Light industrial and manufacturing: process water quality requirements that municipal supply alone rarely meets

Assessment before any recommendation

Commercial and agricultural systems are not off-the-shelf. Every installation starts with a thorough assessment of your facility and water supply.

1

Call or message us

Tell us about your facility and water concerns. We schedule a visit at no cost or obligation.

2

Water test on site

We test hardness, iron, pH, TDS, ammonia, chlorine, and any other parameters relevant to your supply. Specialist testing goes to our accredited partner lab.

3

Flow and demand assessment

We establish your peak flow rate and daily volume so the system is sized for real conditions, not averages.

4

System design

We select the right Canature platform and configure tank count, media, and control valve arrangement for your specific situation.

5

Installation and support

Hydrotech Factory Certified Technicians install the system. We stay available for service and maintenance after.

Tell us about your facility. We will call you back.

Drop your name and number and we will reach out, usually the same day.
